Hi! My name is Cristian, and I’m originally from Caracas, Venezuela, currently living in Bogotá, Colombia. I have several years of experience working in customer service and the contact center industry, especially in banking and financial services.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in customer service, back-office operations, fraud investigations, and payment retention, which has helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
I’m also passionate about languages, theater, gastronomy, and meeting people from different cultures. I believe learning a language should be a fun and natural experience, where you feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and most importantly, actually communicating.
