Acerca de Rebecca
Originally from Ireland, I am a retired professional dancer and qualified Pilates instructor on a mission to bring the benefits of Pilates to a wider audience. Using the fundamental principles of Pilates of improving alignment, promoting effective breathing and technique & building strength throughout the body, I design my classes to be available and accessible to all levels. By offering variations and alternatives for exercises, as well as offering feedback throughout the class, I aim to create an open space where everyone can challenge themselves at their own pace.

This Pilates class is created with busy and often desk-heavy lifestyles in mind. It will focus on stretches to relieve back and shoulder aches often associated with desk work, as well as posture-improving and strengthening exercises. The goal is to provide a dedicated time for employees to focus on their physical & mental well-being, leaving the session feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the rest of the day.
