SOY UNA PERSONA MUY ACTIVA, ME ENCANTA ESTAR EN MOVIMIENTO , RAZÓN POR LA CUAL HE ESTUDIADO ANIMACIÓN DE ACTIVIDADES FÍSICAS. HE ESTADO DURANTE VARIOS AÑOS DANDO CLASES EN DIFERENTES CENTROS CULTURALES DE MADRID, HA SIDO UNA EXPERIENCIA MUY GRATA QUE ESPERO CONTINUAR DESARROLLANDO AHORA EN LA PROVINCIA DE TOLEDO, CON LO CUAL TE ANIMO A PRACTICAR PILATES Y LOGRAR UN CUERPO PREPARADO PARA QUE LOS ESFUERZOS DEL DÍA A DÍA SEAN UN PASEO.

ME GUSTA REALIZAR LAS RUTINAS CON UN POCO DE MÚSICA PARA HACERLAS MÁS DINÁMICAS.
DESDE NIVEL BÁSICO A NIVEL AVANZADO.
ME GUSTA TRABAJAR POSES DE YOGA, YA QUE PILATES SE BASA MUCHO EN EL YOGA.
